Update on Piper the Dog

From Alana:
I want to send my thanks to the prayer team. Piper the Basset Hound was very ill a few months ago. Piper was diagnosed with Addison's disease. It is treatable but not curable. Piper is now doing much better, and acting like a normal Basset Hound. Of course Piper will be on life long medication, but it won't change her will to sniff out life to the fullest. Thank you Saint Frances for your intercessions without them and all the prayers from other pet owners. i am truly grateful.

Oh Alana, thank you so much for your update of Piper . . . I have thought of you both so much! Prayers continue always, too, of course!! I have just recently learned of two other precious canine pals who have Addison's disease and do well with the prescribed therapy and monitoring. May you and Piper enjoy many many more happy years together!!
Would you please be so kind and give your Piper a special hug and kiss from this prayer warrior. I sooo love Bassets!!
May you two have many happy walks and special times together! Be assured the prayers always continue!
