From comment section:  Please pray for my dog terror he is unwell for the past fifteen days, his blood reports are not very good, his hemoglobin is low, WBC count is low, serum creatinine is high, blood urea nitrogen is high, neutrophils is high, lymphocytes is very low, RBC count is low, he was administered some medication, there was little improvement, but is is not eat anything, his become very weak, when he drinks, eats or trys to get up he gets some wiered cough, please pray for him, that he recovers from his presentation ailment, we are supposed to consult another doctor tomorrow, please pray for my dog Terror. We love him a lot and cannot see him like that.

Good News - Caesar the Dog

From Lisa: It was just after five o'clock this morning when I heard the phone rang, I answered," hello,' I heard a male voice on the other end of the line.' Morning Mr. Norville, this is the police, we just rescued a little dog that seem to be hurt from the side of the road in Spooner's Hill, can we bring it to you?'I answered, “yes, that's ok," and proceeded to give them my address then got out of bed to meet them on the outside.When they got to my house all three of them got out of the Police van and made their way to the back, when they opened the door I saw this little fellow just lying there looking all dejected.
The young Police Officer gently lifted him up and placed him in the Ambulance.I stood there in awe, why? Because it was that look of concern on those officers' faces, the look of affection, care, responsibility and dedication. One officer asked me in this tone of voice of genuine concern, “is he going to be alright?" I told him," yes, we'll make sure he makes it."
I've spent more than three quarters of my life trying to get people to respect animals and see them for the valuable contribution they contribute to our lives, this episode that played out in front of me this morning showed me there is still hope.
To those three officers who took the time out to save that little soul, 'thank you.

 P.S - Mr Norville is an animal rescuer from the RSPCA Barbados. The above is what he wrote on his page yesterday. 
 Update: Today Mrs. Butler and my mother went to the RSPCA to see if it was truly Caesar and thank God it is. He is bleeding from a paw and it appears that he might have been struck by a vehicle. He is still disoriented at this time. 
The vet has said that he needs to get an X-ray done. But with the grace of God I hope he will pull through. 
He was found just in the nick of time as we are currently under Cyclone watch today and his chances as he is unable to stand up or walk would not have been good.  
I want to thank you and all of those who prayed for his return. 
I truly  belief that it is because of those prayers that he was found.

I found your blog while looking for prayers for pets tonight and saw that you accept prayer requests for pets. I lost one of my beautiful furbabies, Daniel, on my birthday April 6th of this year from cancer, and now his brother, Jack, has been diagnosed with a heart murmur - I am unsure yet how serious it is. I have been terrified for my remaining four furbabies, especially Jack because he was Daniel's full brother and is nearing 13 years old. I have an 11 year old female, Scooter, a 10 year old male Furgus, and a 4 year old female Purrsnickitty as well as Jack. I am worried for all of them now, because Daniel's cancer came on so suddenly and he only lasted 7 days from his diagnosis. So, I am asking that you please say a prayer for all of them, that Jack's heart murmur is not serious, and that the others all remain healthy. I'm still utterly heartbroken over having lost Daniel and cannot imagine losing Jack, or any of the others, so soon after his loss. :(

I have not post in awhile.but I pray each and everyday for all the sick and lost animals .and their people that love them.But today.I'm asking for lots of prayers for my little Sammie he is a little kitty 11 months old.and weighs 10.55 lbs.my doggie Lucky brought him in the house when he was only about 2 weeks old very very sick.having seizures.we took him to the vet.some parasites got to his brain.I got up every couple of hours and gave him his meds.after being touch and go and with the lords help he recovered.and had no seizures last one was in July. But now in the last 3 days he has had 4.I give him his penobrarail on time every12 hours right on time. I'm scared. I'm praying and praying that the lord will give him a miracle.I know saint Jude and all the saints and that the lord Jesus Christ will give him a miracle and heal him and take all the seizures away.I know he can.zzI know that no problem is too big or too small. Could I please request prayers for the animals in the Taiz zoo in Yemen please? They are only being kept alive by some kind people who are donating money to a charity that is feeding them and are not getting enough money to feed them all the time. Only a few bother to donate. They have currently run out of money and the animals will now not eat till they have enough money again. Some have died in the past. There are two domestic cats and two dogs there as well as 280 other animals. Some of the big cats are endangered species. The government authorities will not feed them or sign permits to release them to other sanctuaries which have agreed to take them. It is a terrible situation for the animals. If anyone wants to view the animals they can be seen on a website called “A Lions Heart.org” I am not trying to raise money, I just want prayers for with God nothing is impossible. Prayers for food and prayers to change the heart of the governing authorities.

I am in tears reading all the lovely tributes and requests for prayers. I am in need of one and so is my cat. My little Pixel, who is 19, is not well. She may have a tumor in her throat that is obstructing her breathing. Because of her age she may not be able to endure any kind of treatment. I have given her all kinds of different foods to see if she will eat. She did eat for a few days but today, she only drank some water. I know that we may have to euthanize her tomorrow or the next day and it's hard. We had to make that hard decision with her sister Digit last year when her tumor got so bad that she could no longer walk. Other than not eating today, Pixel is still feisty and doesn't like being given the liquid medication. I don't want her to be in pain or to suffer. Digit was my husband's lap kitty and Pixel would always be in my lap. She just wants to be alone now and it's hard to watch her and worry about her. I know we have to do what is right for her but it's so hard.

Could you please pray for my cat Willow, my silver shaded Persian. I have contacted you in the past for prayer requests and I believe it has helped her immensely. Last Sunday, she came out to eat and had trouble walking and her balance was off and she was crying in pain. This continued and I brought her to her vet (they saw her on Tuesday). It wasn't her regular vet but the doctor was concerned about possible blood clot. She was able to get xrays and then said she may have herniated a disc. She gave a dose of narcotic pain meds. Her regular doctor called me the next night after reviewing things because I had called back because willow wasn't sleeping AT ALL. She was concerned about possible area around her femur and will poll other doctors with their opinion and call me on Monday. Willow has been slowly improving daily and she is finally starting to sleep after 3 days without it. Please pray for complete healing and recovery for her and that all issues are benign. She is truly my heart. I will keep you posted. I'm depending on God and I ask you to agree with me for her healing and recovery! Thank you,

We usually don't remark about prayer requests.  However, I feel I must say that we have to thank God in good times and in bad.  Our faith must be strong to withstand the storms of life.  Everyone suffers.  It is how we deal with our sufferings that will either help us or hurt us.  We will be praying for Kit Kat's safe return home and for you too.
