e have some little kittens and their mom that lives under our apt.building.we have been feeding them for about 2 years or so. Now we have a new manager and she does not like animals at all.and told me to not feed them anymore. And that she is going to seal up the outside of all the buildings she does not care at all about them just wants them gone no matter what.
