Update on Tonka the Dog

From Bernice: Thank you for your prayers for Tonka. The wonderful news is that she did not have be euthanized and is doing much better. She is starting to regain her balance and is interested in eating again. She appears to have "idiopathic vestibular disease", an acute onset disorder that usually affects older dogs causing them to lose their sense of balance and coordination. It occurs rapidly, without any warning and is very frightening, but will resolve over time. Please pray that her symptoms will continue to go away quickly. She is such a gentle, sweet girl.
