Look, then, at poor Lola, who is sick and so uncomfortable. Look, too, on her loving family, distressed in sympathy with her.
St. Martin, please pray with me: O Lord God, we humbly ask that Your little cat Lola be soothed and that the inflammation that causes her such discomfort may subside and fade away. If it is within Your permissible Will, may the inflammation quickly pass away, and may this little cat be refreshed to enjoy more time with her loving family.
but above all, Lord, we ask that Lola, her family, and all your family find rest and comfort in His hands, today and always.
