Prayer Request for Miles the Cat

From Katya:

Please kind soul, kind lady who prays for lost animals, please pray for our lost cat Miles. We are in London and weather was unforgiving today, so cold and rains since yesterday.

My Husband Charlie and I has not seen him since yesterday early morning, we did not see him leave, he simply cuddled on our bed all night and in the middle of the night I accidentally kicked him off the bed and he simply left and we feel so lonely without him.

I pray to God and his holy saints so that he is still alive, Please St. Anthony, hear my prayer, please sweet Jesus, hear my prayer. Charlie and I are ready for the worst – but please, there is always hope, please aray for Milesey to be safe and not lonely. Please, I beg and pray.

With all my Love and Hope.

Please keep Miles and all our missing pets in your prayers. St. Anthony, please bring all our missing pets home safely. Please also keep the worried owners in your prayers.

In Your infinite wisdom, Lord God,
when You created the Universe
You blessed us with all living creatures.
We especially thank You for giving us our pets
who are our friends and who bring us so much joy in life.
Their presence very often helps us get through trying times.
Kindly bless my pet.
May my pet continue giving me joy and remind me of Your power.

May we realize that as our pets
trust us to take care of them, so we should trust You to take care of us,
and in taking care of them we share in Your love for all Your creatures.
Enlighten our minds to preserve all endangered species
so that we may continue to appreciate all Your creatures.

Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Rainbow Bridge

There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth.
It is called "The Rainbow Bridge" because of its
many colors.
Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge,
there is a land of meadows, hills and
valleys with lush green grass.
When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm Spring
weather.
Those old and frail animals are young again.
Those who have been maimed are made whole again.
They play all day with each other.
But there is only one thing missing.
They are not with their special person who
loved them on earth.
So, each day, they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up.
The nose twitches, the ears are up, the eyes are staring, and this one runs from the group.
You have been seen.
When you and your special friend meet,
you take him or her in your arms and embrace.
Your face is kissed again and again.
You look once more into the eyes of your trusting pet. Then, you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.
