From  Mary Jane: Desi, Deirdre's cat will be put to sleep today at 1:30 PM MST.  She has had multiple problems.  Now incontinent in all aspects and has no feeling in her back legs.  
So hard for Deirdre.

Prayer Request for Karats the Rabbit

From the comment section: Please pray for my daughter, Nicky, as she's made the most difficult, mature and heart wrenching decision for her dear friend Karats. We brought this beautiful mini lop bunny into our home when Nicky's dad left us when she was 6 years old. She turned 16 on January 16th. During the 10 years Karats has been with us he has been her friend and her safe place. His amazing listening ears helped her though so many of the hard parts of a young life...tough days at school, bullies, grandmother fighting cancer, fights with brother or sister, and the occasional "mom doesn't understand." He taught her responsibility as she has been a great mom in taking care of Karats.
Karats hasn't been able to hop since June and there wasn't anything we could do to help him except to make sure he had what he needed. He has since gone blind. Even though he couldn't see or hop, he would always be excited to hear us and know we were there...until recently.
Karats, thank you for being a true friend to Nicky. She loves you so much and this has been so hard on her to see you suffer. Shes been struggling with the decision to "kill her friend". Now she sees it as "rescuing her friend". As painful as it is to make this decision, it brings us comfort to know you will be able to see your way to hop across the bridge today. We will see you again. We love you so dearly! 

Sad News - Smokey the Cat

From our Facebook page: I've been on this site several times asking for prayers for Smokey. I just wanted to thank you for all the prayers over that last year. Smokey has crossed the rainbow bridge as of 6:45 this evening. I'm heartbroken. Please pray for my strength to get through this.  Please pray for Jennifer as she mourns the loss of her beloved pet.

Urgent Prayer Request for Kassie

From comment section: Please pray for my Kassie (aka Kachi) who was found on the streets of NM. She came to me terrified of strangers so I kept her inside and she only saw them (vet) when necessary. She is around 15 and has an unknown mass on her liver and has chronic kidney disease. She has been getting sub-q for the past year but these past two weeks have been very hard on her and she needs the prayer of others to help her heal as it is not her time. Kachi is such a loving and smart girl who has been a loyal and loving friend to me. Please pray that she heals and recovers.

Urgent Prayer Request for Lucki the Cat

From comment section:I pray to God, his son Jesus, and patron saint of cats St. Gertrude of Nivelles that they perform a miracle of healing for my cat Lucki. I know that God over looks all creatures great and small, so I hope he hears this prayer. My cat was poisoned by a flea and tick treatment called Bravecto and he his condition has slowly gotten worse over the last month. He has an enlarged pancreas, lymph nodes, and a nodule on his pancreas. However, each vet I take him to cannot find anything else wrong with him. I myself am only guessing that the Bravecto is the cause. His back legs are now paralyzed and he cant take himself to the litter box. I start a new job in a couple days and I am not sure what I am going to do as he cannot be left alone due to his paralysis. He sleeps on the floor next to training pad with kitty litter and he cannot drag himself to that area to use the bathroom so he just goes in his bed. Or if he can get to the box in time, he is unable to crawl back to his bed and I am worried he is going to be stuck in the box all day. I pray for assistance from my sister and neighbor to check on him while I am at work. Please give someone the Holy Spirit to help me. I am taking him to a new vet tomorrow. Please have the Holy Spirit enter the examination room to give me the words and the doctor the knowledge to heal Lucki. I also pray that if I have to board him, my boss is ok with starting my shift one hour later or that I find a place that will take him early in the morning.

From comment section: Please pray for Jack Black. Chronic kidney failure at 4 years old caused by ?? He is on IV at the hospital until Friday - prognosis not looking good unless his kidneys start working on their own...

to find something he really likes to eat.  He first had heart problems and the heart meds has hurt his kidneys.
