The blonde wire-haired daschund, is 20 years old, or 102 in dog years.

My very first Yorkie made it to just a few weeks shy of his 18th birthday. He was almost completely blind and we would tap him when we were leaving the room and he would follow whatever he could see of our legs. I got him when I was 17 and always said we "grew up together"

Oh, what a sweet story. You know, one of my favorite dogs lived to be 19. If I knew there was a world's record for that I would have shared her info.
