Urgent Prayer Request for Douglas the Dog

please pray for my dog, douglas he's just 2yrs old and 7 mths. he's a labrador.. he was diagnosed w/ hearthworm, distemper and his liver was also affected. he's in a vet's clinic right now and still fighting for his life. i too, will fight for him.. and i believe in miracles!!

Sad News - Digger the Cat and Prayer Request for Digger's Owners

Thank you for posting my prayer for our cat Digger.

I wanted to let you know that Digger went to the Rainbow Bridge this morning (11/30). He was at home with his family that loved him very much at his side. We kept him warm and comfortable till he was ready.

We had him for 13 years and we are going to miss him terribly.

Digger is about 17 years old and not doing good right now. He has trouble eating and not moving around much. He has been with us for 13-14 years and we love him dearly.

We lost one of our dogs in July and not ready to let go of Digger.

Sad News on Ella the Dog and Prayer Request for her Owner

I wanted to give you an update on Ella; unfortunately the Distemper spread to her Neuro system over the weekend and she lost her vision and hearing and could barely stand or walk yesterday. Her breathing was so labored and she refused to eat or drink anything so I had to take her to the Vet to be put to rest. It was heartbreaking to watch her suffer and the vet said she was only going to get worse. I really wanted her to beat this, but I couldn't let her suffer for my selfish wants to keep her here. I believe that she's in a better place now, but can't shake the guilty feeling that I "gave up" on her. Thank you for all the prayers that you said for her, I think that she had a great little life while it lasted.

While God answers all prayers, sometimes the answer is no, and this turned out to be one of those cases. We lost Clancy yesterday morning. He was just too sick to have any hope of recovery and a reasonable quality of life.

Our 5-year-old golden retriever, Clancy, is in critical condition in the ICU of a university vet hospital. He has autoimmune hemolytic anemia, which came on very suddenly. He is receiving transfusions but the prognosis is not good. Please keep him and us in your prayers. Our hearts are breaking. Thank you.

Please help us pray for Zoe, our 2 1/2 month old blue chihuahua that
we adopted from the animal shelter just last Thursday. She may be

Thanks for posting my prayer request for Anouk. She presently confined at an animal hospital as it turns out she has kidney failure and heart problems. I hope her condition improves. The vet says that her condition is treatable but she would have to take maintenance medications for her kidneys for the rest of her life. Please continue to pray for her recovery.

Please pray for my 14 year old Siberian Husky, Bailey. He has had trouble with arthritis and we now think he may have Cushing's Disease. He is having a hard time with muscle weakness in his back legs now. He is a great dog and I am not ready to lose him yet.

Update on Crash the dog

Thank you Esther for your prayers for our Dog Crash. He has been in the vet hospital since Tuesday 11-18-09 and today (11-20) they called us and told us he is doing much better, he is eating, he is breathing much better and he will probably be coming home today or tomorrow. The vet still is unable to determine what caused Crash's breathing problems but with an aggressive treatment of anti-biotics and steroids, he is doing so much better and breathing much better than earlier in the week. The vet is cautiously optimistic, he is not sure how long this will last, but we will take whatever time we have left with Crash and make the most of every minute. Thank you Esther and everyone for your prayers and please continue to pray for our beautiful Golden Retriever "Crash" cause he is not totally out of the woods just yet
