Prayer Request for Teddy the Dog

Teddy a dog has been missing since Saturday and with the hope of everyone praying we're hoping that you can come home. Tomorrow we're going to the shelter to see if he is there we need help bringing that he is there we've only had them for a month because his owner could no longer take care of them but now that we have them a month feels like an eternity we love and care for this dog please help us prayer that teddy comes back home please.. We really need all prayer to unite and make this prayer come true. There are a lot of broken hearts especially with the kids please as hard as you can and I was bringing him back home. I thank you all in advance for putting my thoughts in your prayer. As well as I have your thoughts in my prayer and may God answer all your prayers as well as mines amen :( :(

In Your infinite wisdom, Lord God,
when You created the Universe
You blessed us with all living creatures.
We especially thank You for giving us our pets
who are our friends and who bring us so much joy in life.
Their presence very often helps us get through trying times.
Kindly bless my pet.
May my pet continue giving me joy and remind me of Your power.

May we realize that as our pets
trust us to take care of them, so we should trust You to take care of us,
and in taking care of them we share in Your love for all Your creatures.
Enlighten our minds to preserve all endangered species
so that we may continue to appreciate all Your creatures.

Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Rainbow Bridge

There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth.
It is called "The Rainbow Bridge" because of its
many colors.
Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge,
there is a land of meadows, hills and
valleys with lush green grass.
When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm Spring
weather.
Those old and frail animals are young again.
Those who have been maimed are made whole again.
They play all day with each other.
But there is only one thing missing.
They are not with their special person who
loved them on earth.
So, each day, they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up.
The nose twitches, the ears are up, the eyes are staring, and this one runs from the group.
You have been seen.
When you and your special friend meet,
you take him or her in your arms and embrace.
Your face is kissed again and again.
You look once more into the eyes of your trusting pet. Then, you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.
