Prayer Request for Yoda the Cat

My cat Yoda has been missing for about a week and a half now. It's unlike her to take off, even when she's upset. I don't think she was upset when she left, but I'm concerned that something might have happened to her. Please pray for her safe return and please pray that she returns without injuries or diseases. I pray that she's safe where she is right now and who ever she's with (if she's with anybody) is kind to her and feeds her well. Yoda's a good cat and doesn't deserve abuse. I've had her since she was two weeks old and we've traveled a lot together. I hope she knows that I love her. However, in the very possible case that she's dead, please pray that she's in Heaven above with our Lord Jesus. I pray that she'd be happy, at peace, and in want of nothing. Most of all, I want her to come home to her kittens who miss her very much.Please pray for her. I'm new prayer, so I don't know how to go about it. Thank you very much. I appreciate your efforts.

In Your infinite wisdom, Lord God,
when You created the Universe
You blessed us with all living creatures.
We especially thank You for giving us our pets
who are our friends and who bring us so much joy in life.
Their presence very often helps us get through trying times.
Kindly bless my pet.
May my pet continue giving me joy and remind me of Your power.

May we realize that as our pets
trust us to take care of them, so we should trust You to take care of us,
and in taking care of them we share in Your love for all Your creatures.
Enlighten our minds to preserve all endangered species
so that we may continue to appreciate all Your creatures.

Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Rainbow Bridge

There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth.
It is called "The Rainbow Bridge" because of its
many colors.
Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge,
there is a land of meadows, hills and
valleys with lush green grass.
When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm Spring
weather.
Those old and frail animals are young again.
Those who have been maimed are made whole again.
They play all day with each other.
But there is only one thing missing.
They are not with their special person who
loved them on earth.
So, each day, they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up.
The nose twitches, the ears are up, the eyes are staring, and this one runs from the group.
You have been seen.
When you and your special friend meet,
you take him or her in your arms and embrace.
Your face is kissed again and again.
You look once more into the eyes of your trusting pet. Then, you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.
