Please pray for Allie, a shelter dog on death row. She has no prospects for adoption and has been fostered with two different families (mine was one). We can't take or keep her because she and our dog play so hard together he's been injured more than once. Please let someone come forward and adopt this beautiful girl. Allie has such a story...lived with a homeless woman for awhile, then turned in to the shelter and adopted out to an older couple that seemed right...not so much...their idea of dealing with a high energy dog was to give her (2) 45 minute walks A WEEK! and to wrestle with her...is it any wonder her manners are a little rough? And that she doesn't trust? She did settle in here really well, but as mentioned she and our dog escalate in their play and he's been to the vet twice for injury--neither being mean, just playing really, really hard. The shelter feels they are out of options and she's not adoptable, however, she has quite a sweet side and we know of numerous dogs with far worse "issues" than hers.Thank you for your website, for listening and prayers.
