Sad News - Princess the Dog

Sorry for the late update, since I'm still composing my self, my little Princess pass away last Tuesday, her kidney totally failed on her and her vets can't do anything to help her as she slowly dying, we all thought that she will be just fine since her dialysis is showing improvements of her kidney, but a sad story was deliver over to my phone last March 29, 2011 that my little Princess pass away at 5:50 am.

I would like to say my thanks to all of you who pray for my little princess.

Prayer Request for Bob the Dog

Please pray for our dog, Bob. He's been gone since Monday (3/28), perhaps even Sunday night. He's friendly with other dogs, but is sort of fearful of people. He's a big dog, a shepherd mix, I worry that someone has gotten angry at him. We live out in the country and I don't know what else to do to find him. We've called the pound daily, we've put ads in the papers, and we've hung fliers. Please pray for his safety and return, and to help me to know what else to do.

Urgent Prayer Request for Daisy the Dog

My dog Daisy has been lost. She was placed with a rescue after I had lost my job and had to move out of my sister’s house. She became pregnant (she’s older-7 years old) and the vet told me that because of her size in relation to other Dachshunds, it would be impossible for her to become pregnant. I panicked when I found out she was pregnant and called Dachshund rescue. I told them that I needed to surrender her puppy, but I wanted to re-adopt her after I got back on my feet financially. They strung me along for 8 months, asking for all sorts of paperwork and vetting information for my other dogs. I submitted everything and they still were stringing me along.



I have to give you a little bit of my background. I lost everything a few years ago. I first lost my dear father from Brain Cancer in 1996, I met a man who I thought was my soul mate right before my dad passed. My mother didn’t like him from the beginning, but I didn’t listen. He had good job with the local fire department and I had a successful mortgage business. He began using drugs and abusing me. He ended up living on the street and I lost everything: My business, my savings, my car, my house-everything. I ended up taking care of my mom until she passed away from Cancer in 2004. I have a younger sister who does not speak to me because of my mom’s life insurance policy. My mom wanted to give me more because I ended up taking care of her for the last six years of her life.



I was diagnosed in 2007 with Ovarian cancer. I cannot have children, so my dogs are my children. I received a call from an ex-board member of this rescue organization on March 24th who told me that they never intended to give her back to me and the she ran away from her “foster” dad on March 3rd. He is a process server and had her riding around in the car with him. She must have escaped during one of his stops.



This little dog is my life. I have other dogs, but she is special. This rescue organization’s veterinarian led me to believe that her life was in danger and that I had to surrender her in order for her to survive. My heart is broken and I am so depressed. I’m afraid I am going to lose my job because I can’t function. I’ve attached pictures of her and the places where she might have escaped.



Please pray for me and Daisy to be reunited very soon.

Update on Shiloh the Dog

I just want to thank you for all your prayers for SHILOH. We brought him to a vet last monday and found out that he's suffering from a tonsilitis. He had a high fever, 39 deg celcius.. he's ok now and he can eat and walk and bark already. :) thanks sooooo much :)

Update on Cinnamon the Cat

Good Morning,

I have contacted you before about prayer for my kitty Cinnamon. She has feline leukemia and her health has been great for the last few months until this week. According to the vet she has a cold or something like it - she has no fever, which I am thankful for, she is eating but not well. She is still mobile and jumps onto the windowsill and goes to the food/water dishes by herself. If she didn't have feline leukemia I wouldn't worry as much but I know how it can effect a cat.

Could you please pray that she starts to eat better and that the medication begins to work quickly.

Prayers for my mother and father in laws lost dog Rosie would be greatly appreciated. My husband and I were looking after my in laws dog Rosie when she escaped from our home. My in laws are away at a funeral so emotions are already stretched. Rosie is a timid 6 year old Maltese x shitzu and loved and cared fir as though she was a child. Please pray for for Rosie.

Prayer Request for Willy the Cat

What a wonderful thing that you do. Our cat, Willy, has been gone for 5 days. I know that 5 days is not a lot of time but he is defenseless out there. You see, he is an inside cat, he has been declawed and he doesn't know what a dog is or any other animal for that matter. All he knows is us and his 1 brother and 3 sisters. They miss him, I know that they know what's going on.
I know that Willy is afraid and hungry. We live in the country and there are many wild animals in the woods.

Update on Buddy the Dog

Buddy was able to return home to his human folks and best pal, Nadja, a German Shepherd. Esther, since home Buddy has regained his sight and there has been no further seizure activity. He was actually going to the park today with his human Mom and Nadja. For now medication is being held unless he would have another seizure. I am to thank you profusely from the family for all the prayers and wishes, they are truly overwhelmed that so many people care. The poor dear boy had been found abandoned, they believe thrown from a moving vehicle on a huge Texas highway, and he has such a happy home with my friend's niece.
