Urgent Prayer Request for Lovey the Cat

I am writing to ask for prayers for my sweet cat Lovey, who also goes by the nicknames Bear and Bug. She is a Siamese mix, about 15 1/2 years old. She's a rescue cat, and she's been my best friend since she was 4, when we rescued her. She was with me as I graduated high school, went off to college, graduated college, started my career, moved out of my mom's home, met the love of my life, dated him, fell in love with him, and married him. She greeted me at the door and celebrated my good days. She licked away my tears when I had bad days. She cuddles in my arms under the covers and likes to put her face on mine. She is a very, very special cat. She started bleeding from her left nostril and eye a few months ago, but we were able to hold it at bay with antibiotics. Now her breathing has gotten very congested, and her face is becoming deformed. She has a nasal tumor, which is very rare in cats. I don't know how much longer she's got, but the prognosis is poor. I'm broken-hearted and devastated, and I can't imagine life without her. I had thought she would be there when we had our first child, and she could be Aunt Lovey. She is my best friend in all the world, and she means so much to me. Please pray for her health, and please pray for the strength I need to let her go across the Rainbow Bridge when she is ready.
