From Siobhan:
I lost my cat, Sybil yesterday (16/07/12) when she wandered out and never came home. It's a particularly upsetting issue for me because she was my grandfather's cat. He died on Friday (13/07/12) and then I took her to give her a new home. I love her so much and so did my grandad and I feel terrible now because I lost her. Can you please pray for her? Picture is attached. Thank you. Siobhan
Dearest Siobhan, please know my prayers are on the way immediately for your precious Sybil, and also for you and your beloved late grandfather, too.
ReplyDeleteLet us invoke St. Anthony, St. Gertrude, St. Jude, St. Francis, and the Holy Guardian angels to intercede in locating precious Sybil. Please watch over and protect Sybil, and please guide her safely home to Siobhan who loves her so.
Siobhan, one other thought, I have read in the past of some pets who have actually taken it upon their will to return to their late loved one's place of residence and in some cases even to their grave trying to remain near to them. And certainly not implying that Sybil is not happy with you because I hear all your love for her, but only because I have heard of this happening in the past I thought I should mention.
Might you put out some flyers and contact local shelters in the event someone might see her.
Meanwhile, please know my prayers, and the prayers of many prayer warriors here, too, are on the way for Sybil's safe return to you.
God Bless.
Siobhan,
ReplyDeleteP.S. I meant also to say how beautiful your Sybil is!! God Bless her. Those beautiful long whiskers and her pretty face. God be with you and may the Saints guide Sybil safely home. Please don't feel terrible. We are praying.
Dear Lord, please keep Sybil, a much loved and missed kitty safe and well and guide her back to Siobhan and her new home; thank You.
ReplyDeleteThoughts and prayers are with you, Siobhan for the safe return of Sybil. I am so very sorry to hear of your grandfather passing on; may the Good Lord wrap you in His comforting embrace.
What a beautiful message, thank you so much. I agree, I think Sybil is grieving and trying to get home. I will put word out to my mother to check my grandfather's old house to see if she turns up in the next few days. It is 20 miles away but I believe cats have travelled that far before. Thank you so much for your prayers, I hope to be reunited with her soon.
ReplyDeleteSYBIL HAS BEEN FOUND!! Neighbours rang me, she was in their garden. Thanks to you for all your prayers! They worked super fast. Thanks be to God, the soul of my grandfather, St. Francis, St. Martin de Porres, St. Catherine of Nivelles, St. Anthony and all the other angels and saints who came to my assistance. Thanks to all the people who helped me yesterday, they had a leaflet and recognised her as the missing cat and rang me immediately. They fed her until I arrived and walked out to me with her in their arms. It is an absolutel miracle, thanks to everyone who helped. I am absolutely overjoyed
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about your grandfather...it wasn't your fault that Sybil wandered out and never came home. I pray that someone has found her and she is well and reunites with you soon. Please don't lose faith.
ReplyDeletePlease keep us posted. God Bless!
